Meet is partnering with a leading challenger healthcare creative agency to hire an Associate Creative Director (Copy) as part of a Creative Partner Team (ACD Copy + ACD Art).
This role is ideal for a senior copy-led creative who thrives on big-idea thinking, enjoys tackling complex healthcare challenges, and wants to create work that is both emotionally compelling and strategically sharp. You’ll collaborate closely with your Art partner to deliver standout creative across a diverse healthcare portfolio.

The Role
- Serve as the Copy lead within a Creative Partner Team, owning concept and narrative development
- Write across HCP, DTC, and patient-facing campaigns
- Translate complex science into clear, human, engaging stories
- Partner with art, strategy, and leadership to push creative excellence
- Contribute to building a strong creative culture within a growing NYC team
- Associate Creative Director level (open to Group Copy Supervisor stepping up)
- Proven experience as part of a long-standing creative partnership (required)
- A high-quality portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual work
- Healthcare, pharma, or consumer health experience preferred
- Award-winning work is a strong plus
- Reporting into: Chief Creative Officer
- Location: Hybrid — 2–3 days/week in a New York City office
- Clients include large pharma, mid-sized healthcare brands, and emerging biotech
